Pompeii 1 Ct Black Diamond Eternity Ring 14k White Gold (Black,I2-I3)

I was soooo anxious to receive this ring as it fitted my budget as well as what my friend wanted - the purchase was easy, and I received the ring within a couple days of ordering. The horror started when I examined the ring after having it in the original box and noticed a slight bend but thought nothing of it. Within the same day of gifting, one of the diamonds fell out and it was embarrassing as the look was so beautiful on the finger before all of that happened. I called customer service and the representative was very helpful and said that she would send me the return label for the ring; however, all I received was an email telling me that it will be fixed and fill in the form. At this point my confidence level dropped as this site has so many great reviews and yet this occurred. I was really hoping that this would have been what was advertised and I wouldn't be at a point having to return something that could have been so beautiful.
