In dem Kapitel Fit für die Rennstrecke habe ich Euch ein Fitnessprogramm zusammengestellt und im Kapitel 8 gibt es ein paar persönliche Rennstreckenempfehlungen. Viel Spaß beim Lesen und es wäre schön, wenn noch mehr Biker und Bikerinnen ihr Hobby auf der Rennstrecke ausleben würden, denn nur dort kann man meiner Meinung nach die Fahrdynamik und das Leistungspotenzial der heutigen Supersportler wirklich erleben...
