This product is a generic version of Xyzal. It is the only thing that works to clear up my congestion, especially my nasal congestion and that annoying tickle in the back of my throat. Also, it doesn't make me drowsy at all when most other allergy medicines do. It's a small pill which makes swallowing it a breeze unlike huge horse pills which are impossible for me to swallow (looking at you mucinex). Highly recommend this product for the value for money and the superior quality. So far, this is the only thing I found that helps me with my skin rashes and stops the itch for me. Great product overall.

After doing some research, I read that this antihistamine has the most evidence for effectiveness in treating chronic sinusitis. However, it can be pricey compared to other commonly used antihistamines, as it recently was only available through prescription. Thankfully, this brand is reasonably priced for a daily dose of the medication, which my wife reported has been helping her with her sinus drip.
