I love my chair BUT and but being not that serious

I love the oversized sitting space this chair has. I also love the smooth glide of this chair as I am able to exercise motion with my feet touching the floor. The only downside is not enough support for the head and neck area. Suggestion: more padding in the arm area and the back and neck/head area...a massager would be nice...,.I plan to add a massage pad myself
