HOW DO COSOTOWER INSOLES HELP?
✔ FOOT PAIN RELIEF
CoSoTower orthotic shoe insoles are recommended by podiatrists to prevent and alleviate foot pain associated with over-pronation, plantar fasciitis, foot, arch, ankle, knee and heel Pain, and more.
✔ STRONG ARCH SUPPORT AND GREATER STABILITY
A firmer arch design provides increased stability and support. Plus, the squared heel design will sit square in your shoes and will not roll to either side.
✔ CUSHION/SHOCK ABSORPTION
The double-layer, shock absorbing durable eva foam base and variable cushioning technology casing provides targeted and controlled cushioning with a soft, supportive feel.
✔ FUNCTION AND COMFORT
CoSoTower arch support shoe insert features a 100% polyester top fabric that keeps your feet comfortable and dry by preventing friction and heat.
The orientation of your feet affects the position of the rest of the lower body. Correct alignment reduces wear and tear on joints and improves the effciency of your movement.
✔ IMPROVED ALIGNMENT
The orthotic inserts made to not only provide arch support but to encourage the proper alignment of the ankle bone. When this bone is well aligned, it helps the rest of your foot and even your other joints, like your knees and hips, to operate in alignment.
✔ INCREASE BALANCE AND STABILITY
By changing the way you walk, you can create dramatic results in both the position of your joints, and an increase in your muscle balance and stability.
For first time users, the idea is not to rush into wearing your orthotic insoles for a full day, but rather to ease into them gradually so that your body will feel comfortable and you will fully benefit from them.
RECOMMEND BREAK-IN PERIOD
We recommend only wearing your new insoles 1~2 hours for the first day and increasing 1 hour each consecutive day after. If after 5 hours in 5 days you are still comfortable, you may wear your new insoles full time.
CONTINUE IMPROVEMENT
Many people feel relief from their foot pain within 2~4 weeks of using CoSoTower insoles and continue to experience the same improvement as they would form wearing a more expensive custome-made orthotic.
PLEASE NOTE
Wearing insoles for running is not recommended until feet are accustomed to all day wear.
