LELO Luna Beads, Noir

My doctor recommended Lelo Beads to help build my pelvic floor back up. At first it was kind of awkward, but after a few days they have become part of my daily routine. After I shower in the morning and then get dressed putting by Lelo Noir Beads in is part of getting dressed every morning. Then I go to work or about my daily routine. I do keels throughout the day eith the Beads in place. I go for my morning walk, vacuum, do laundry whatever. I like the feel if the balls inside me jingling. I take them out usually in the late afternoon. Wash them and put them away. Other days I clean them & put them back in for some stimulation. I also enjoy wearing them on date night when out with my husband doing their jingle with every move. When my husband and I are intimate he likes to remove them. They have definitely helped me. My organs are longer, definitely more intense and satisfying.
