This table is everything it claims to be. Not high quality, but lovely appearance. It definitely serves the purpose of a table you can eat at, then easily fold down sides and set against a wall to give you more space. I feel it was expensive, but it's exactly what works for me in my apartment so it was worth it. I would recommend double checking measurements to assure chairs will fit underneath. This is only possible on 2 sides of the table. For seating 4, two sides have narrow leg openings that a chair could not be pushed between.

It's a sturdy table and easy to assemble. I would recommend putting to much pressure on the leafs that flip up as they are only held by 2 rods that slide out from underneath. I would recommend this table for small spaces.
