I originally purchased this after seeing it recommended on social media, but I also did some research before buying. The 40:1 ratio seemed to be what many sources suggest for cycle support and overall women's health. I've been taking it for about a month and a half. So far, my cycle started more gradually, with significantly less discomfort and lighter bleeding than usual. It's still early to draw firm conclusions based on just one cycle, but the changes have been noticeable for me. I understand supplements affect everyone differently, but so far I'm happy with it and plan to continue.
