Used Item was sent, NOT a new one

The item that was sent appears to be a lightly used Logitech Mouse. I already have one, so I have experience with this model. The bottom sliders had movement marks on them and the buttons look like someone had used them previously (slight wear marks. Everything appears to work so far, but for the price paid, it should be a brand new item. It also came with a dead amazon basics battery installed in it, which is another clue that it was a slightly used item. Nowhere did it say it was a used item, so I feel that this is not right. The mouse itself, I would recommend, but I would NOT have paid the price I did for a used one. Not happy!

Make it clear that your item is already opened and used! No where on the item page says that this item is a used product. Being sold by third party not in a retail package doesn't mean it's used. It even came with a battery in the mouse. That's not very safe.
