Really great to have a new-to-me tablet, and the trade in offer for my old one made it possible. Speedy shipment, well protected shipping packaging. The back and sides of the tablet showed definite wear and small dings despite "excellent" condition, but the parts that are important, the screen, etc. were definitely as advertised, excellent.

The IPad got was in the exact advertised condition. It had a couple (barely noticeable) scratches and works completely fine. The home button has a little play to it, but is perfectly functional. Overall a very good product.
