I have sleep apnea so I use a CPAP device for sleep.. Even though I use the CPAP religiously I wake up with brain fog and headaches which lasts for 2-4 hrs daily. These capsules take a bit of time to start working, so they're no substitute for a caffeinated beverage if you need a quick hit. But with that slower onset comes a steadier effect over time, a longer duration, and a more gradual ramp-down. And the 100 mg of caffeine per dose is for 3 capsules, so each contains ~33 mg – great for metering it out, which I do regularly. Having tried these, tea feels weak and everything else feels like a blunt instrument.
