Artika Edwin 25" LED Chandelier Ceiling Fan

I previously purchased the same Artika ceiling fan from Costco and was very happy with it, so I decided to buy 2 more when I saw them available at Walmart, since Costco and all other places were out of stock for this model. Unfortunately, one of the fans arrived with a used controller, even though I paid for a new, unopened product. My installer confirmed that everything was working properly, so I decided to keep it—especially since it was the last available unit and I couldn't find this particular fan anywhere else. Overall, the fan itself is great: aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient. However, the purchasing experience through Walmart was disappointing due to the condition of the product.

Positives: I love the design! I like how the light can be brighter or dimmer and can operate independently of the fan. Negatives: It has a plastic feel and look, but when it's hanging it's not as noticeable as it is up close. I wish you could operate this from a light switch and it didn't solely rely on the remote. The remote beep is annoying when you're trying to turn this on or off while others are asleep in the house.
