I was nervous about ordering based on the reviews - mainly about the 3rd party shipper - but I'm glad I did. I only ordered 1 barstool to see how it went and I received it earlier than expected, in less than a week. Looks exactly as pictured and came fully assembled! A pale blush pink that matches my living room chairs perfectly and the gold is a shiny gold, which is what I wanted. The only slightly negative thing I would say is I do wish the seat back was a little higher, but I'm going to order another one.
