Runs 2 sizes too small, nice fabric, but poor cut.

The skirt is advertised as having elastic or being elastic. This just isn't true. But that wouldn't be a problem if the size wasn't a full 2 inches (5cm) smaller than the recommended size (XL). This translates to 2 sizes too small. The fabric is lovely, with a great woven design, and the skirt has a good lining. Basically good quality materials, but they're wasted because the pleats are too small to even be noticed. The skirt would look much better as a pencil skirt.
