It has sort of an Ancient look to it which changes the character of the room, by just changing the rug. It has a canvas back. Beautiful and Elegant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful rug was sent to my house for me to try. The Layla rug was surprisingly lighter than I thought it would be when it came to my door. This made it easier for me to handle. I put the rug in my living room. The rug's rich colors and random patterns provide an eye-catching canvas to my coffee table and sofa. My Loyola rug is gorgeous.
