Disappointing -Better Quality at Goodwill

I LOVE all things Phantoscope UNTIL TODAY. The package arrived in great condition. This was the FIRST time that the inserts were vacuum sealed. I opened them to let the expand. Well that was over an hour ago and I'm still waiting. The reason that I loved Phantoscope is because they were one of the last companies to send actual inserts. The vacumm sealed items NEVER fully expand - EVER. To pay almost $80 for inserts that are flat as pancakes. Perhaps the powers that be at this company don't realize how hard people work and the sacrifices made to try and find affordable ways to decorate their home.
