Terrible design. Had to replace twice

Terrible design. This is the second time the plastic auger has needed to replaced. First time huge chunks were found in my drinking glass. Second time my daughter sucked a small piece up through a straw!!

Sucks!!!

Guard in ice bucket broke after 21 days, causing the freezer door to open and unable to shut until removing bucket completely.
