got this on Black Friday sale to connect with my other tapo products. other of these kind from other manufacturers, cost just a tad bit less so I don't know why these can't be a little bit cheaper too. but it's doing the job that I needed to do. I recommend if you need a smart outlet.

Awesome little plug

Love it. I plugged my a/c in my bedroom into it so I can turn it on ahead of time if I'm not home. So easy to set up and use. ( you just have to remember to put the setting on your air conditioner that you want it to be on, and turn it on and off only on your phone.)

Hundred times better than Wemo

Highly recommend this product . Wemo stopped supporting its network switches and I was in dilemma on which product to use instead and end up finding TP Link Tapo. These switches are so economical buying from Walmart and using them is even better . It was a breeze to connect the switches to the app and with a click I can turn on/ off the light the electricity . I have been a Wemo user all my life and I have to say it has been a real pain . Connecting to app was the hardest challenge in Wemo and now they stopped working altogether . I'm ever. Thought TP link switch will be such a breeze to install and use . This is prompting me to use other TP link products now and bye bye Wemo . I will not purchase any of their products . Thousands spent and now they pulled off their support .
