The first cart I ordered came in damaged, made a phone call to northern and they took care of it immediately and had this one picked up and a new one sent out to me. Awesome service from northern tool! The cart requires assembly, takes a little time but easy to do. Build and quality of the cart is great, have no doubts itll last for years.
