These gummies taste great and
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies taste great and I take them 30 mins before bed - not every day either so when I'm tired and just want to hit the bed and sleep without thinking about anything else, they do the job. On another note, they are berry flavor and are not that soft of a gummy and need to be chewed completely.

I will keep a bottle on hand!!!
I have had trouble going to sleep and sleeping through the night recently. My daughter suggested I try the Melatonin berry good sleep gummies. The very first night I used a gummy was a suprise! I fell asleep quickly and slept for 9 hours without waking up. I felt rested but a little groggy in the morning. I now only use one if I think I will have problems falling asleep!
