Refurbished Mac Desktop👎🏾

I like the speediness of the delivery. I do not like the fact that the screen is cracked and that the description did not note that the screen would be cracked. I expected to see some wear and tear on the computer, as it is not brand new but there were many other options on Walmart's website to choose from for refurbished imacs and I would have definitely chosen a different one had I known. I feel like this particular seller was purposely misleading about the condition of the computer. It also runs REALLY slow. I emailed the seller about the cracked screen expecting a reply/partial refund /something but so far I have not received a response back and it has been over 2 weeks. I don't think I will buy refurbished anything from Walmart and I will definitely not purchase from this seller "WIRELESS SOURCE" again. I'm still thinking about returning.
