$50.00 for 4 tiny dead plants !!!!!!!

I was absolutely shocked that I paid nearly $50 for 4 two inch rose bushes. they were shorter than the finger on my hand and blighted and half-dead with the leaves falling off. Not only did they send me half dead rosebushes they sent me something with either a fungus or some other type of disease that could infect my other plants. I am seriously concerned about the conduct of walmart.com because they had to have known those roses were diseased when they sent them to me and yes, I have photos!!!
