Place the McKesson underpad on the bed, chair, sofa, or wheelchair with the topsheet facing up and the backsheet facing down. Position the underpad so it covers the area where protection is needed. For incontinence use, center the pad under the user’s hips or lower back. Smooth the underpad to ensure full contact with the surface and help prevent shifting. Replace after it becomes wet or soiled. Dispose of the used pad in a trash receptacle and do not flush. Store unused incontinence bed pads in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Item received was not as shown. The item is not quilted as shown, allowing for the absorbent fluff to shift leaving spaces where there is none. Had I not been desperate, I would have returned the item. Will definitely not be purchasing again.
