Bought this for my Grandson that is 10 and he loves it. Really fast RC car. Does bog down in sugar sand but handles low cut grass well. Great on smooth surfaces. Well Designed with Two Battery Packs

Instructions are thorough. Car comes with 2 separate batteries, which require 3 - 4 hours to charge (if fully run-down). This allows longer run times since a spare battery can be easily added by removing a few pins that hold the top of the vehicle to the wheel assembly. Steering is easier than with less costly models and the battery life much longer ... while speeds are significantly higher than smaller cars. .
