Beware of Return Policy
The chairs are smaller than I thought. I wanted to return them. I took them to the Walmart store and was informed that they could not accept the return, that I would have to reach out to the seller to coordinate the return. I have reached out to them twice and have not heard back. I am approaching my 30 day return deadline. DO NOT do business with this vendor. I don't believe they are operating in good faith. I don't see any information on the Walmart site that addresses what to do in this situation. Please make sure you read and understand the return policy when you are purchasing from the Walmart marketplace. Those stores are separate from Walmart and may have a different policy. I am going to see if Walmart will help me contact the seller and hopefully execute my return.
