My biggest complaint is that the laptop is a bit too heavy when folded in tablet mode to be held one handed. With the keypad it is a bit difficult to find handholds in the folded position as well.

I purchased this laptop (from seller BDR LLC) to use for travel, so it would allow me to work on my projects sine my 10-year old Dell just broke. From the very beginning I started having problems with it. 2 days after I set it up I saw a message on the screen that it started repairs, which was a big surprise. It was totally stuck and I spent several hours trying to fix it. I had to do a hard reset and start from scratch. I consulted 2 people who are very knowledgeable about computers and they both told me that this laptop was most likely refurbished, which was not stated on the Walmart website, nor provided by the seller. Unfortunately I don't have time to return it now and buy a new one since I'm going to be out of the country. Also, when I entered the serial number and the laptop ID number on the HP support website, I found out that the warranty started on March 27th, 2025. I received the laptop on June 24th, 2025 so instead of 12 months of manufacturer's warranty I have 9. I hope this laptop will work because now I'm stuck with it. Very disappointing!
