the written instructions were unclear. I had to utube the assembly instructions. the screws won't stay tight, tools that were included were painful in the hand, my husband bent the wrenches while tightening the nuts and screws. the fenders fell off while riding.

Very disappointed

Very disappointing. This clearly stated easy assembly. It was not. It is pretty much pictures that don't line up with the words they wrote to tell you how to assemble it. We spent nearly 2 1/2 hours to put it together and went to put air in the tires only to found the rear tire is defective and literally exploded. Now I have a child who is crying because he can't ride his new bike because nothing is open on Christmas to go buy a new tire. Also, part of the rear frame was slightly bent. I'd recommend to the company to redo their instructions book more clearly
