Missing parts

I have only given a one star review because one of the Adirondack chairs that I ordered through Walmart arrived with missing parts. I followed up with the manufacturer like Walmart suggested and they were very prompt with a reply back. I was told that the missing pieces would be send promptly. I was also told that they would notify me when the missing pieces are on the way. I have not received the parts or the notification yet and it has been several weeks. I reached out to the manufacturer again this week to get an update. I received a quick response back that they will send an update. Nothing yet. The parts that are missing are 2 arm pieces and some hardware . I am disappointed that I do not have any contact with Walmart, but according to their directions I only am dealing with the manufacturer in China, and I still do not have my missing parts. I am very disappointed in the process.
