All jewelry sold by AVORA will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. You must send the piece back to AVORA along with the original purchase receipt. A tracking number must be provided to AVORA to confirm receipt. AVORA covers only one repair or replacement. In order to honor this 90-day warranty, identifiable pieces of the jewelry must be provided.
