Top-shelf Laptop - Nice to Have

This is a gorgeous laptop, setup was a snap. Comes with its own power supply. The keyboard has a nice crisp feel which I like. Actual > virtual keyboards all day. The screen looks bright, rendering beautiful video. Mouse keypad is pretty good but personally prefer plugging in a real mouse. Fortunately it has USB ports on both sides so I don't have to unplug mr. mouse to plug in some other option so points there. I'm personally not using it for gaming but rather to migrate thousands of mp3's from an older computer so the 1TB capacity was the selling feature for me. I gave one less star on the price which was fair but not WOW~ and battery life which does begin to dip noticeably pretty soon after it's not plugged in. That part's not that big a deal for me, this one costs too much to be that knockaround laptop you'd take to the roller rink or something. That said, it does feel solidly put together so I'm happy (so far) with and would recommend it. Just today it tried to install some HP-based Overlay feature that's apparently aimed at improving gaming so I said No. At least it asked and didn't just install random junk on my new machine. Happy lapping!
