before assembly inventory and identify all the parts and hardware. there is a great tool included for easy assembly. However, it is not identified as such. It's like a little socket wrench, and it is awesome. l suggest looking for it and definitely use it. it took about an hour or so to assemble both chairs and the table. It is 💯 percent perfect for any outside lounging area.

The chairs weren't terribly difficult to assemble, but indeed not a one-person job. I might also suggest buying a 6mm Allen driver and a 10mm socket instead of using the tools that came with the set. The table went together in a matter of minutes. The set is a nice addition to our back porch.
