Locking steel rings are mounted to the back instead of the spine so pages lie flat. 1-1/2" ring capacity holds approximately 325 sheets. Clear, nonglare overlay holds custom title sheets. Acid-free polypropylene construction prevents contents from sticking to the binder cover. Four horizontal pockets are stacked inside front and back covers to maximize storage space on the covers.
