I gave two stars due to customer service. When the gazebo was put together, one of the support brackets was defective. I contacted customer service and gave them all the information they needed, order number, my name, replacement part number etc. they want a picture of the item for "proof". They then told me they're out of stock. This tells me they're not a reputable company. The instructional manual says to call or email if there are any missing parts and they'll mail it. Not true. I don't recommend this gazebo because you might not be able to get replacement parts
