I am pretty sure this product is great. I personally had to pay double because neither the shipper nor Walmart know how to respond timely or give people their money back, or tell the truth when you call to follow up. Still fighting 3 weeks later. The 2nd box arrived late. The "cancelled" order arrived early. Ha! So as long as nothing goes wrong, it's great. But when it sucks, it stinks. The product itself looks to be made of good quality. You will have to remove the tissues from the cardboard box and "load" them as the box is too small to fit. It has a magnetic bottom that keeps it closed. I bought it for my desk at work and the color is a great match. I still wish I had paid a dollar more and ordered it on Amazon.
