ZWILLING Energy Plus 10-inch Stainless Steel Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan with Lid

Was looking for a quality nonstick 10 inch fry pan with a lid that was modestly priced. Lots of cheap options out there that are of questionable quality, and also researched some of the higher end expensive brands. Of the many different styles out there that I checked all of them seemed to have limitations of some kind depending on what you need so making an easy decision can be challenging. With current health concerns about standard Teflon style nonstick coatings thought I would try a ceramic pan option. This pan has a very nice design and weight and also appears to be very good quality. It was also a good value, price for this pan on the Walmart website at the time of my purchase was about 30% less than on some other websites, I also liked the free shipping and free return shipping option seller included. If you're considering buying a ceramic fry pan and have not used one before it's good to remember like other reviewers may mention that they are not intended for use with very high heat, rather for low to medium heat settings. And also even though it's called “nonstick” you still need to use a small amount of cooking oil (like with any pan) for best results. Like every pen I've ever used it's still sticks just a little but not a big deal. Cleanup is very easy. Also it's good to know that I'm not getting some kind of toxic material from the nonstick pan coating on my food. Very happy with this purchase and I do recommend it.
