Tried to return this shower seat due to it not being wide enough for my Dad, but the guy made it hard on me. Asked if I would keep it for $5 credi? I said no and then asked for a return label, and he said I would have to ask for a return! which is what I did through my Walmart app, and it told me to contact the seller, which is what I did. This seller doesn't understand how it works. I gave up! Next time, I'll make sure I don't order from a 3rd party seller thru Walmart.
