I purchased the Baron in March 2023. My first time using the pizza stone was last night. The directions indicated to heat the grill to 600 degrees. After 20 minutes with all 5 burners on high, the temp was 500. After making the pizza on the peel, trying to slide it off turned into a mess. The dough did not slide off very well and got all mixed up then ending up burning. I am not sure what i can do better if I try it again.
