The printer shows "LOW INK" or "EMPTY" or the Indicator light ¡°BLINKING¡±?

Please ignore it and press "OK" button to continue printing, all our ink cartridges are filled with full ink (not quality problem)

The printer shows ¡°error e4¡± or "not recognize" or ¡°failure¡±etc.?

Step1: Take off the ink cartridge and reinstall it. If issue still remain, please do a several time.
Step2: Clean the chip (contactor points) of ink cartridge with rubber or alcohol cotton swab. If necessary, clean also printer contactor points and do a noozle test.
