I have not ever had a problem where it took the color out of an item I was cleaning. Georgia Clay and grass stains are no problems with this. Highly recommend less than two dollars a bar.

I use this as a pretreater for all kinds of different fabrics. To keep it hygienic, I use a knife to cut a small piece of the soap off. This method also keeps the entire bar from getting wet. You can also make your own laundry detergent out of this soap.
