( dial your number level) Bright backlight and larger easy read numbers. Works excellent, user friendly, pads and leads are good quality, application and use is simple with included guide. Leads do not twist or knot, reusable plastic backing for reusable cloth pads and resealable plastic bag includes a cloth bag for storage of unit. Affordable price. Lightweight , similar in size to an iPod. Quiet functionality. Very satisfied and recommend this product. This unit purchased on Walmart app. Arrived in a few days. Well packaged, compact box with cloth bag for unit. Very satisfied with this product. Excellent quality and value. Provides quick relief of muscle discomfort, tightness and fatigue. One of the best TENS, EMS, massage units I have used. Worked perfectly straight out of the box and calmed my sciatic pain after testing the first several treatment options. People claiming the intensity is not quite there or that the unit does not work either need to learn how to use the device properly or exchange the device for one that does work. There is plenty of intensity plus more to dial in when needed. You don't need to have the muscles looking as if there about to explode for it to be considered working. Not at all difficult to use if you can understand the settings. Just plug the pads into the device, turn it on, dial in the mode, time, and then the left/right arrows for intensity level. That's it! There's TENS for muscular pain, EMS pulsing for muscular strengthening, or massage modes for muscle relaxation...not exactly rocket science.
