This is by far one of the best tens units out there. There are 60 modes. Battery life is amazing. The pads and the wires, and unit itself are top shelf quality. I really like it. It helps with my severe carpal tunnel bug time. It is a godsend. 60 modes to suit just about anybody's needs. The one more I wish it had though is a user selectable mode where I can pick the frequency and intensity and it just be "on." I've pretty much given up on trying to find a tens unit with that option. This unit had several modes that are "close enough" and work really well.

Whoever made this device is genius. I did not know about this device until maybe a few years ago, but it has helped me tremendously. I really enjoy the fact that it has a timer and will shut off automatically. The intensity level is unbelievable, it literally picked me up out my seat and I just had it on my shoulders! I couldn't believe it. It's amazing. I absolutely love it. I would enjoy it more if I had a guide book that explained each setting and the number it corresponds with what each one does , what vibration pattern it may give. I would definitely recommend this to anyone if you have any kind of pain on your back shoulder neck whatever please try to. This is excellent. It punches a lot of power to be so small.
