I actually take the Adult Calm version myself, so I am very familiar with the ingredients and how they feel in my own routine. I have always liked things like Aquamin Magnesium for winding down and L-theanine as part of my daily wellness, so I felt comfortable trying the Kids Calm Chewables with my child. After taking them, my 3-year-old slept through the night and woke up calm and happy. Mornings are usually where we see the most back-and-forth but today felt noticeably smoother.
