bad tire change experience!

the tire was great but the experiance was bad I carried in my old tire to be replacesd but was given a hard time because they want the vehicle there in order to change the tire then they were trying to up charge me for a tire pressure sensor that worked just fine before I brought it to the store but the vehicle was not driveable sI have torn apart I was to the point of just taking the tires to another tire shop!it just wasnt a good experiance for me ,it shouldnt be that much of a hassle to have a tire changed whether it was on the car or off the car should not make a differance !
