OEM-quality replacement threaded jet pump wear ring for Sea-Doo Spark personal watercraft. Designed for the Spark platform with 900cc ACE and 900 HO ACE 3-cylinder engines producing 60 HP and 90 HP respectively. Fits all Spark variants including 2UP, 3UP, Trixx, Spark 60, and Spark 90 from 2014 through 2023. Restores tight impeller clearance to eliminate cavitation and recover lost acceleration and top speed. Replaces Sea-Doo 267000813, 267000925, and 267000617. Worn rings cause cavitation which significantly reduces thrust output and overall performance. For best installation results, freeze the new ring for one hour before pressing into the pump housing and apply RTV silicone inside the housing for proper retention. New aftermarket unit built to OEM specifications. When impeller clearance exceeds factory specifications, cavitation occurs causing significant loss of acceleration, hole shot, and top speed performance. For best installation results, freeze the new wear ring for approximately one hour before pressing into the pump housing.
