The Softform Premier Hospital Bed Mattress is crafted from durable polyurethane to provide superior patient comfort and support. Featuring a unique single-piece U-core and contoured foam insert, this 36" x 84" mattress is designed to help prevent pressure injuries for patients at very high risk. Individual foam cells ensure optimal immersion and pressure redistribution, supporting weights up to 500 lbs.
Constructed with a 3-zone design, the mattress delivers targeted support for the head, mid-section, and foot areas. High-density foam layers provide consistent support along the sides and base, while the fluid-resistant, four-way stretch polyurethane cover and coated base ensure long-lasting durability. Designed to fit a variety of hospital beds, it pairs especially well with Invacare 5410IVC or 5310IVC models for enhanced performance.

Quality Replacement Mattress
Replaced 2 mattresses on our hospital twin beds. These were more comfortable than the standard twin mattresses we had substituted in the past; best of all, they FIT (length and width)! These mattresses are covered with heavy good covers that you can wipe clean if you ever have to. We used 2 twin mattress covers on each bed before putting the sheet on. Today's regular twin sheets and regular twin mattress covers worked and fit fine on these mattresses; no need to buy something special. The original mattresses that came with our beds were cheap and uncomfortable; just wished we hadn't waited so long and then tried regular twin mattresses (which just don't work!). Glad we finally took a chance and found these!

Worth the Extra Money
My mother really likes the firmness and comfort, since she is in bed a lot due to her stroke. The side's of the bed are firm for getting in and out of. Really well made.
