Buffalo Games Tropical Island Holiday 1500-Piece Interlocking Jigsaw Puzzle for Adults Ages 14+

Purchased brand new and was extremely disappointed to find a HUGE number of broken, bent, ripped, and damaged pieces! I have been puzzling for years, and Buffalo puzzles are typically all I purchase. Never have I received one that has so much damage AND oddly-shaped pieces! It certainly seems to be cut from a different pattern. I know several puzzlers that have completed this puzzle, and there's looks nothing like mine! I submitted a form through Buffalo's website, but I'm very disappointed in the choices I had for a replacement! The list only offered 300, 500, and 1000 piece puzzles ~ I paid $20 for this one and am only getting a $15,replacement. Not only that ~ it's a puzzle I've already owned and completed. Highly disappointed!
