For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Looks nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this small area rug, it looks great with the nice gray and cream colors that match with our home. The rug has soft raised areas and then flatter stiffer parts with fringe on both ends, its a great design and feels like it will hold up really well.

Amazing rug!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Unique Loom Arlo Collection Area Rug - Kai (4' 1" x 6' 1" Rectangle, Sandy Beige/ Gray) in the mail about a week ago. I was extremely surprised at the amazing quality. It looks absolutely gorgeous in my foyer. I highly recommend.

Perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is SUCH a beautiful rug!!! It is well made and looks very high quality and expensive. I did have to lay it flat and upside down to get some of the wrinkles out from packaging, but it wasn't a big deal at all. I am so so happy with it!
