Item was received in a timely manner and in good condition. Our handyman did the installation so comments are based on what we observed and our experience using the hood. The owners manual provided very limited details. Removing the protective film was very time consuming and must be done using a heat gun before installation. The chimney section seemed flimsy and difficult to install. Cleaning it will be problematic. Overall, The hood looks good . It doesn't seem to draw the way you would expect from 900 cfm. The hood installation from attic to roof is yet to be completed so opinion may change. In summary, recommend with reservations.
