McKesson Ultra Incontinence Briefs - Absorbent, Disposable, Unisex - Medium, 16 Count, 1 Pack

I have been wearing these off and on for over 3 years now. At present, they are my primary choice and I wear them pretty much 24/7. With that said, these are the pretty much best tab style brief I can find as far as affordability goes. The tapes are pretty good, which is a nice change of pace from other offerings. I haven't had but one rip off just yet, and I'm pretty sure that one was my fault. The clothlike outer covering feels much closer to what's on offer in some modern baby diapers. It's soft and feels very good. I haven't had any chafing issues and I live in the HEAT. They ride a little low in the back, so it's nice for public outings. It's not a lowrider by any means, but it's certainly not quite as tall in the back or front on me as some other brands so if you need a particularly high waistbands for leak protection then you may need to look elsewhere. For absorbancy they are just okay. I use these with boosters. If you add boosters in to increase the absorbency they are, I'd dare to say, the best you could probably do without having to drastically increase your budget. Without boosters they are just okay. I use Luvs and just remove the tapes and poke some holes into them for drainage. They also have both leg gatherers, standing leg cuffs, and a blue acquisition zone. They seem to be pretty great for both types of incontinence honestly. Overall, In a world where it seems a lot of other "affordable" brands are swapping to those AWFUL single panel "stretch" tapes that don't work at all, the McKesson Ultra's are like an oasis for me. I genuinely believe these are hands down the absolute best medical quality diapers you can get for under $1 a brief. Thank you McKesson for keeping the tapes and regularly improving the quality of these!
