worth every penny!!

this is a fantastic monitor,,i did a lot of research before i picked this one...some reviews stated about dead pixel problem but i had not one dead pixel out of the box,,i will say however there is the usual very minimal back light bleed but nothing to warrant to send back to the retailer..ips glow in the lower right corner is there but has no effect on gaming or anything else.....as far as gaming goes i set the monitor for 165hz and gaming is a breeze....also the screen is crystal clear picture,,im using this monitor with a msi 2080 super ventus card.all i had to tweak was the colors and brightness to suit my taste...i love it!!

Great Maneuverability

I love the size and maneuverability of the screen, able to turn clockwise and left and right very easily while still sturdy, and I also love the lights. Wish it had Aura Sync but since it's an older monitor, it's understandable. Still with there could be an update involved since my other devices now don't sync up. Otherwise, it's one of the best monitors I've used!

Fantastic 1440p monitor

I have had many gaming monitors and the ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q is hands down the best of all of them. I now own three and run Nvidia surround. The PG279Q 1440p 144hz beats the PG27AQ 4k 60hz because the 4k is capped at 60hz which is very noticable. I will never run less than 120hz again and I prefer 144hz. After a year with a 4k monitor a can say the 4k picture is better but the responsiveness of 144hz is far better. The quality in both the PG27AQ and all three of my PG279Qs are unparalleled. I highly recommend them.
