Glad it has the horizontal and vertical flip feature.I do wish it was more obvious you need batteries. I forgot that at first so I had to order them. Also ordered a R/L short pair of "micro?" hdmi to normal HDMI cable. But yeah it looks great, my camera is only 1080P but still the display itself is nice. Crisp output

Super useful monitor. Use with a canon eos-m and it actually helps boost the HDMI out if you want to run this into a capture card for streaming. The menu is pretty easy to navigate and saves all the settings. You can easily mount this upside down and flip the image if needed. Also you can zoom into the image for canon eos-m because there is a slight letterboxing from the HDMI out on that camera. I power it with a big sony battery and use the DC output to power my BMPCC as well. So win-win on this thing. May buy a second one at some point.

I bought this to use primarily as a "big viewfinder" for tabletop photography, where eye-level viewfinders are rarely usseful and tiny LCDs difficult to see at the best of times and useless in some situations. Image quality is superb (see picture) and better than expected to be honest,I use it with a Sony A6300 which can either output whatever you would normally see on the LCD (and the LCD is blanked), or as in the picture it can use its own LCD normally and send "clean" HDMI output to the monitor. Perfect.I have a few niggles about the mounting bracket which leaves the monitor with a slight lean relative to the camera and annoys the OCD part of my brain. I "adkusted" the bracket in a vice and it's perfect now. The supplied HDMI cable is way too long for a camera-top monitor too, fo I coiled mine around a metal rod and left it on a radiator for a wahile. It's now a much chorter coiled lead.Overall a good product, nicely presented.
